About Our Firm
Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Lewis, LLC, has been a Main Street business since 1983 when David Kee and Bill Tymoczko became partners. The firm was previously known as Fellows, Kee & Nesbitt. Fellows, Kee, Tymoczko & Pierson, LLC is a full service law firm offering clients assistance in real estate matters, elder law, estate issues and in personal injury/workers’ compensation cases. David Kee retired in 1998. Bill then practiced with Bronwen Pierson, who became a partner in the firm in 2002 and is now retired. Christina S. Lewis (Christy) joined the firm in 2015 and became a partner in January, 2019. Our experienced staff includes Lisa Sutherland and Mary Watkins.
Bill Tymoczko
Bill Tymoczko is a Bucksport High School graduate, a graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a B.S. in Accounting, and a graduate of the University of Maine Law School. He joined the firm in 1982 and became partner in 1984. Bill is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and the Hancock County Bar Association. Over the years, Bill has established a very successful practice in the Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Probate Administration areas of the law. Bill is very active in community projects and is actively involved with the local school district and is on the Town of Bucksport Economic Development Committee. In March 2012, Bill became the proud recipient of the Business Person of the Year awarded by the Bucksport Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. He resides on Verona Island with his wife. He has two grown children.
Christina S. Lewis
Christy earned her B.A. in philosophy at New College of Florida and graduated with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. In law school she interned with a United States District Court Magistrate Judge and with the Alachua County Attorney. After law school she joined her husband in his hometown of Belfast, where they now live with their daughter. Christy was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2010 and since then has specialized in the areas of real estate and Social Security law. She practices in these areas as well as small business formation. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Maine, and she is authorized to represent claimants before the Social Security Administration. She enjoys exploring Maine’s beautiful towns and coastline and spending time with her family and friends in Belfast.
David W. Kee – Retired
David Kee was a founding member and partner in the firm until his retirement in 1998. David served as Hancock County Attorney in the 1970s, was the Maine Human Rights Commissioner from 1974-1989, and was elected Maine State Bar Association President in 1993. For many years he has been involved with the issue of substance abuse in the legal community and continues to do so after his retirement from the firm.
Lisa Sutherland
Lisa returned to the firm in 1998 and is celebrating her 28th year total with the firm. She is the probate paralegal as well as the bookkeeper for the firm. Lisa is married with two grown children, 2 grandtwins and has resided in the Bucksport area her whole life. She enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time at her home away from home at the lake.
Mary Rowell
Mary joined the firm in 2013 as an administrative assistant. She greets clients, answers phones and works on the personal injury, will and workers’ compensation files. Mary enjoys hiking, camping and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
